Overall a great company to work with. Had TRB do a crawlspace encapsulation on my very difficult to work in crawlspace. From start to finish everyone I interacted with was very professional. Everything step of the process was explained and carried out as planned. I would highly recommend them for your crawlspace needs. I had 3 different companies come out and quote the job. TRB provided the most comprehensive encapsulation at a price well below the other companies.

Crawl space enclosure and mold treatment. From estimation to completion absolutely flawless. Knew everything that was going to happen and briefed every step of the way. They even fixed some things that were marked on my new home inspection within the crawl space! The work was done quickly and in the end they crawled me through the space and showed me all the work and what I need to keep an eye on. Would recommend to everyone. Triangle Radient Barrier encapsulated our crawlspace after removing the old insulation, blasting away all traces of mold/fungus and installing a new reinforced vapor barrier. Before the crawlspace was a dripping mess in the summer, every surface was wet. Now it has maintained a constant 55 degrees humidity with the TRB installed dehumidifier. Since we have seen the difference for the two seasons - cooler in summer and warmer in winter, drier in both - we wish we had the service performed sooner. Even though the dehumidifier cycles on and off constantly, there has been no increase in the electric bill, likely due to the increased insulation.

TRB kept us informed of the schedule and progress, always arriving when they said they would. Triangle Radiant Barrier did a great job on my crawlspace some months ago. It looks good. The humidity sensors indicate the humidity dropped quite a bit. The tech was polite and professional. He left everything in a clean state each day. Wish I would have done this sooner. I got 5 different quotes for this job. Triangle Radiant Barrier was the right choice.
